Message Lab, Corp. (“Direct Message Lab”) is a technology company offering a
social engagement platform and a variety of communication tools/services for
distribution of content and applications , while
measuring and enabling social interaction over web content. Our technology
enables organizations of all types ("Clients") and consumers ("End Users") to
easily distribute content including marketing campaigns, promotions, photos,
videos, trackers, games across the social web and through desktop, mobile and
web applications.
We
provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our privacy practices as they
pertain to our website, www.DirectMessageLab.com, (the
“Site”). We also intend for this policy to inform you about our privacy
practices as they pertain to your use of our Direct Message Lab CMS, Direct
Message Lab Social CRM, applications and services and which are available via
our Site or on the websites of our partners or via other third parties
(collectively, the “Service”).

Personally Identifiable
Information
Direct
Message Lab collects personally identifiable information (“PII”) via the Site
and the Service. PII is any information that may be used to contact, identify or
locate an individual, and includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone
number, email address and postal addresses. We generally collect PII under the
following scenarios:

Clients may also ask you for PII when you obtain one of their applications or
when you sign up for a service provided by that client. This information
may be kept by Direct Message Lab on behalf of the client. However, this
information remains the sole property of the client and Direct Message Lab will
never use or distribute the data unless acting on the specific request of the
Client.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We
also collect non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”) via the Site
and Service and through the applications Clients offer to their Consumers.
Non-PII is information that may not on its own be used
to identify or locate a personal or entity, and includes your IP address,
browser type, and your computer’s operating system. Direct Message Lab collects
Non-PII under the following scenarios:

you visit the Site, our servers automatically collect Non-PII, including but not
limited to your IP address, web pages viewed, your browser type, your Internet
Service Provider, your computer's operating system, the web page you were
visiting before you came to the Site, and information you search for on the
Site. This information is used for Site maintenance, to target or otherwise
enhance the information you see while online and reporting
purposes.
Our
clients, through the applications and Service we provide, collect a variety of
information about you based on the actions that you take within the application,
polls or survey questions that you may answer and how you distribute the
applications or content to others. As with PII, this information remains
the sole property of the organization but is collected and held by Direct
Message Lab.
Aggregate Information
and Non-Identifying Information.
We
may share aggregated information with Clients,,
prospective Clients and End Users as well as the press in order to demonstrate
usage of the Service and to generate publicity for the Service. Any aggregated
information shared in these contexts will not contain PII.
Service Providers
We may
employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service and/or to
provide services on our behalf, (including, without limitation, bill and credit
card payment processing, maintenance, hosting and database management services,
web analytics and administration). These third parties have access to PII only
to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated by contract not to
disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance with Laws
and Law Enforcement.
Direct
Message Lab cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private
parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information
about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we,
in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims
and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the
property and rights of Direct Message Lab or a third party, to protect the
safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may
consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or

Business Transfers
Direct
Message Lab may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets,
including PII and any other information we have, in connection with a merger,

Direct Message Lab’s Policy Toward Children
Direct
Message Lab does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If a parent
or guardian believes that his or her child has provided us with PII without
their consent, he or she should contact us at Info@DirectMessageLab.com. If we
become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with PII, we will take
reasonable steps to delete such information from our files.
Information Security
The
security of your information is important to us, including but not limited to
the PII collected via the Site and Service. We have implemented reasonable
security measures to protect the information in our care, both during
transmission and once we receive it. This includes, but is not limited to the
use of firewalls and encryption. No method of transmission over the Internet, or
method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we

International Transfer – Storage in the
United States
